Kites and power kiting

Power kiting is a relatively new discipline. A power kite resembles to a small paraglider with four ropes that provides enough force to pull somebody on skis, on a snowboard or on a 3 wheel buggy at impressive speeds that can attain over 100 km/h. Smaller power kites can be used only on foot to do figures in the air and small jumps on the ground. Larger power kites allow jumps at impressive heights.

Kitesurf - Kitesurfing

Kitesurf are power kites made for water use. The shape and the handling of a kitesurf is different from regular power kites. Kitesurf are designed to power a surfer on a small board on water at high speeds.

Motorglider

Motor gliders are sport aircraft that allows to soar with a great autonomy. A glider course is the first step to learn to operate a motorglider. These beautiful toys are quite expensive and not accessible to everybody. See our glider section.

Auxiliary power

At the opposite, auxiliary power units like the Mosquito or the Doodlebug are providing the less expensive form of powered recreational flight. The paramotor falls in this category since is is a paraglider with an added engine. A large selection of auxiliary power units exist for all taste.
